Vocational Consulting Services, Inc. (VCS) was started in January of 1998 due to a need for providing continuing vocational services in Southwest Montana. Initially, the business focused on offering expert witness testimony in Social Security cases as well as attorney referral cases and very little Worker’s Compensation work was generated.

VCS provides all types of vocational consulting including in-house or group training workshops or seminars on worker's compensation and disability management issues. Including proactive approaches to worker's compensation and long term disability, strategies for bring injured worker's back into the work force, completion of comprehensive job analyses, and direct, logical vocational rehabilitation; individual career and vocational counseling and guidance; expert witness testimony.
